Return Policy 30-day Guarantee

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase within 20 days of receipt of your order, simply call us at 720-217-3358 to arrange an exchange or refund in form of credit to your account. All returned merchandise, which is not defective, will be assessed a 5-15% restocking fee.

To return an item:

1. Contact us via email at support@jkpacks.com, or by phone at 720-217-3358 for the appropriate return authorization.

2. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping package with all the accompanying accessories. Please enclose a copy of the original sales slip.

3. Send the item(s) back to the return address on the sales slip, after return authorization has been given to you. All items must be returned to the originating warehouse.

4. Return the product via UPS, FedEx, US mail, or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof of shipment. Shipping rates for return packaging, insurance, and delivery are not reimbursable. Please Note: Items returned without a return authorization may not receive a credit.
